- Cloudflare security data — our website is served through Cloudflare, which may collect IP addresses and set strictly necessary security cookies (see Section 5)
- Google Fonts — our website loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may transmit your IP address to Google when the page loads. Google's privacy policy applies to this data: policies.google.com/privacy
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that track individual visitors.

- cf_clearance — security verification cookie

- Enquiry form data — retained for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted
- Client records — retained for 7 years after completion of services to comply with Australian tax and business record-keeping obligations
- Payment records — retained by our payment processor in accordance with their retention policies
When personal information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

You have the right to:

This website is designed for Australian audiences. Our services are specifically intended for Australian real estate agencies. If you access this website from outside Australia, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Your information will be processed and stored in Australia.
