Compliance Maintenance
AUD · GST-free · Cancel anytime
Optional. Your installed system works independently. Maintenance ensures it stays current as AUSTRAC guidance evolves.
From July 1, Australian real estate agencies that broker sales, purchases, or transfers of property need a full AML/CTF program registered with AUSTRAC. GateCrown delivers yours. Customised, turnkey, audit-ready.
15+ staff, mixed services, or multiple offices? The AUSTRAC starter kit won't cover you. That's exactly what we built this for.
A complete compliance system, installed and operational in 5 days.
The Problem
The AML/CTF Act now extends to "gatekeeper professions": real estate agents, lawyers, accountants. Most agencies haven't started. The clock is ticking.
If your agency has 15+ staff, mixed services, or multiple offices, the AUSTRAC starter kit won't work for you. It says so itself.
Written AML/CTF program, enterprise-wide risk assessment, customer due diligence procedures, suspicious matter reporting, 7-year record keeping, staff training. All required from Day 1.
AUSTRAC can pursue civil penalties up to $33 million for a body corporate. They've already fined SkyCity $67M and Westpac $1.3B. Enforcement is active, public, and growing.
Top-tier law firms charge $15K–$50K+ for compliance programs. You don't need a Big Six partner. You need a customised compliance system that covers every AUSTRAC obligation, installed fast.
What You Get
The core documents AUSTRAC expects, customised to your agency, mapped to obligations, delivered in Word and Excel. Yours to keep and edit forever.
20+ page customised program covering governance, risk methodology, CDD procedures, reporting obligations, record keeping, staff training, and suspicious indicators for real estate.
Multi-tab Excel workbook with pre-populated risk factors across all 5 AUSTRAC categories: customer, service, channel, geographic, and technology risk.
Maps all 18 AUSTRAC obligations → the section in your system → the evidence artifact. Your proof of coverage if AUSTRAC ever asks.
Separate forms for Individual, Company, and Trust customers, with identity verification, beneficial ownership, risk rating, and sign-off sections.
Pre-recorded training video covering obligations, red flags, CDD procedures, and reporting, plus a completion quiz for training records.
Step-by-step walkthrough for enrolling as a reporting entity. AUSTRAC Online opens March 31, 2026. Enrollment must be completed by July 29, 2026.

Why This Matters
Real estate agencies have never had AML obligations before. From July 1, 2026, they do. And AUSTRAC has made clear that enforcement will apply equally to Tranche 2 entities.
The consequences of non-compliance include civil penalties of up to $33 million for a body corporate and $6.6 million for individuals, enforceable undertakings, infringement notices, remedial directions, and public enforcement action.
AUSTRAC's own summary states that criminal penalties apply for certain offences. The cost of compliance is a fraction of the cost of getting it wrong.
